Shipping policy

The Details offers easy, flat-rate shipping for orders shipping within the USA:

Ground: $15
Second Day Air: $65
Next Day Air: $85

In-stock products will be shipped by the end of the next business day. Any backorders will ship via ground at a later date unless specified otherwise.

Your order may ship via USPS. Please include a PO Box number if necessary.

RUSH SHIPPING
Rush shipping times do not include warehouse processing times, holidays, or weekends. All lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

LOST & DAMAGED PACKAGES
Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Do not wait for the project to begin to open your order. Any shipping claims for loss or damage, must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please save the box and all included packaging in case a pickup or inspection is needed.

WHERE WE SHIP
At this time we only ship merchandise to addresses in the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Orders shipping to Canadian addresses will incur higher shipping costs. The purchaser is responsible for all import fees and taxes.
