Refund policy
Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, resalable condition and include the original, undamaged packaging. If you need to open the packaging, please do so carefully.
Return Period:
Hardware must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition:
All hardware must be in new, uninstalled condition. Hardware must include the original packaging. Hardware that is not returned in new condition and/or without the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, with the exception of samples (any products ordered in a quantity of 1).
Return Label Fee:
We will provide you with a return label. A return label fee of $10 will be applied to all returns.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Please use the link below to begin your return.
- Receive Return Label: A return label will be provided to you, with the $10 return label fee deducted from your refund.
- Prepare Package: Carefully pack the hardware in its original packaging. Ensure that the item is secure to prevent any damage during transit. Hardware that we receive damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
- Ship Item: Attach the provided return label to the package and ship it back to us.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund minus the 10% restocking fee and the $10 return label cost. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Additional Information
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, let us know within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and getting replacements.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original hardware following the above process and place a new order.
